We pride ourselves in guaranteeing your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from AHI Enterprises, LLC. You may request a Return Authorization for most products within 30 days from the original date of purchase for an exchange or for a full refund and credit.

Certain return exclusions and exceptions are noted below

Condition of merchandise

All returns must be received by AHI Enterprises, LLC in resalable condition with all original, undamaged packing materials, parts and accessories intact and in new condition. AHI Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to deny any return or exchange or credit if a product is not in original/resalable condition.

Damaged merchandise or incorrect shipment must be reported within 10 days

Merchandise should be inspected at time of delivery. Shipments received with any visible damage to the contents or packing materials should be noted on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. You may also choose to refuse a shipment with obvious damage.

Restocking charge for returns due to end user error

All returns must be requested within 60 days:

Returns by category

Ink and Toner Cartridges

Unopened and unexpired ink or toner cartridges, carried in our current catalog, may be returned at any time for a full refund.

Technology and Business Machines

Technology and business machines may only be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Furniture

Furniture may only be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Custom–ordered and custom–assembled furniture is only returnable if it's defective when you receive it.

Special Order, Custom Items and Manufacturer Direct

Special and custom items are only returnable in the event of a manufacturers defect or incorrect shipment. These items include custom stamps, food, medical related, dated goods and items not normally stocked but special ordered from the manufacturer.

How to return product to AHI Enterprises, LLC

In order to process your return in the most efficient and accurate manner please complete the AHI Enterprises, LLC Authorization for Return (AR) form found here. To complete this form you will need to provide us with your AHI Enterprises, LLC account number, invoice number from which the item was purchased, the item number, description of the item and reason for return.

You will be prompted to print a return form that will contain all the information needed to properly process you return.

If your item was delivered from us personally, just place this form on the outside of the product container and we will pick it up.

If your item was delivered from UPS, just place this form on the outside of the shipping container and ship the product back to the address noted on the label.

When we receive the product back in our distribution center, we will inspect the condition and promptly issue the appropriate credit in the same manner as the original items were billed.
